Live streams and on-demand videos are designed to work inside modern web browsers. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly
Most residential cable and DSL connections should be more than adequate. We recommend viewing from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 700Kbps. To test your speed, go to Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on WiFi and mobile internet), so running 3 tests is recommended.
If the player keeps pausing or buffering then it generally means that you do not have enough bandwidth to view the stream.
Try viewing a lower quality version of the stream and see if that helps.
To do that click on the "HD" button at the bottom right of the player and choose "Low".
Yes, there will be a slight delay between live broadcast, and the stream via the App. By the time the live stream is digitised and distributed, there will be small lag. Delay could range between 30 to 60 seconds.
There could also be a number of variables that could affect delay your stream, such as your internet connection speed, congestion through your internet service provider or mobile carrier, your computer speed and even the number applications open you have open. We strongly recommend for best streaming quality that you access the live stream over a Wi-Fi network whenever possible.
All online content including live, on-demand video and audio is compatible across most mobile devices.
